We search, identify, and acquire multifamily residential buildings that meet a fixed set of purchase criteria. We focus on Core + and Value-Add buildings in areas with strong economic growth.

MANAGE

Together with SIMCAP management, we focus on efficiency with a tech-forward approach. Our process fuels the growth of Net Operating Income, amplifies investor returns, and ultimately enhances tenant satisfaction with real time feedback. 

ADMINISTER

Our buildings generate cash flow alongside significant equity growth. We make distributions to investors on a quarterly schedule, with the return of capital being our top priority.

FORCED APPRECIATION
Our approach is deliberate: we implement a value-add strategy for each property we acquire. By optimizing management practices, renovating units, and tactically adjusting rents, we seize numerous opportunities for forced appreciation within the apartment market.

Through our partnership with SIMCAP Management we leverage vertical integration to schedule overlapping projects whenever feasible.
